Yoshi's Domain.

If you've stumbled upon this thread, chances are, you're lost. But no need to fear, lowly traveler, as you have found a sacred domain in which only the strongest lurk. You are currently in my Pivot Animation thread, where I obviously post Pivot Animations. My rank is currently Novice, so don't expect anything too good from me right now. If you post in this thread, jut remember to be a good sport and provide me with good CC. (emphasis on good)

-I had a minor mental debate on whether to call this a practice or not, but I sort of like this animation. It did require a lots of editing to get it to the state of quality that it now sits at and it was an arduous process. tongue

Hello, Yoshi! Thanks for joining the forum. You're close to Intermediate, however it's just a run loop. Next time make longer animations that we can rank.

Looks nice. Not much to say, since it's just a run. I'm not a big fan of the high fps kinda over easing style, but that's just me, lol bounce Good job.

actually, quite the contrary. Your animation is a bit jumpy & the poses are all wierd. When doing basic movements such as a run loop, have the stickman be in a similar area to the first frame. you want it too look like theres a real man running endlessly. so the loop has to be smooth. apart from that the animation is so short since it is just a test so I recommend trying a 30 day animation project. Just animate an anima tio on a day for an entire month & you will see great improvement. You can animate tests all you want:)

Now that actually looked very nice. With a bit more editing it would make quite an awesome animation. Now, for the cc. The animation itself could use a bit more easing one the beginning, and in the end the flow of the animation gets corrupted. You should probably make yourself a floor stick, or put the stick man in the bottom of the screen so that way you could keep the foot on the same height, that would be at least a bit of progress. The cartwheel itself was quite good, but it would take a bit more power-up (bending the knee) to make it so fast. The movement stops in a frame close to the end, find it and terminate it. Also, move every joint every frame, ease and do proper spacing. You know how to do that, right?

I dont think hes high beg man.. Ur movements are weird at times, and the transitions within the movements could be better. The spacing is kinda wierd, and u need to work on general easing. I think ur med beg man.
