Pivot animations of the Caribbean!
Introduction:
Ey Mayteeeeeeeeees!
Hello, evi/firo/rashboo here. These are my animations and I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed them. I started Pivot in 2007, yet I take breaks a lot from Pivot but now I'm officially going to animate Pivot since I'm looking forward in studying animation in the future. (Hope so)
Other animations:
Rustiness
Huge Comeback failure.

Other people I haven't mentioned and love.[center]

Nice, once a rank team is available I'll get them to give ya a cc, as mine, are...Crap
Re: Pivot animations of the Caribbean!
First of all, hey, Inevitable.
Secondly, I think your animations will deserve rooks in PA, but here, there's no novice so it's hard to move-up.
I love your wall jump animation, but is the floor changes place? I don't get it.
Your double-punch animation was kinda fast, so as the other one, "Tried to do a flip".
Courtesy?

Oh, the floor proper thing. Yeah, I actually found a way to fix that, and I was kinda lazy on that. That double punch was meant to be fast, somehow if you want to punch fast, that's how you do it but I understand your point, since if someone wants to punch fast, he needs to punch 4x or rather it'll look unrealistic. Thanks for your CC, plus I'm surprised you still don't know who I actually am. xD
Re: Pivot animations of the Caribbean!
The flip has the potential to turn into something really nice. My first thought is that you could maybe add a few extra frames to the flip, make him go higher, and make it more vicible that he's moving when he's in the air, because when he did the flip it looked like he was static. The landing could also be improved. I think he should land the way you made him land, but then almost end the movement completely, and then make him slowly get up. I think it would be nice, but I'm not good when it comes to realism and acrobatics, so some of my CC may be flawed.
The double punch looks nice. I like it, but it kinda seems like his arms are just spinning, because it's so fast. When the animation ends, his arms move down, while the rest of the man is static. To me this looks very unnatural. if you could just keep moving his back a bit forward/backwards, I think it would look better.
Walljump + flip is nice. I think he stayed on the wall a bit too long. Also when he landed, his knees should have bent a bit more, for a few frames.
Good job, man. I'd say you're around high beginner. Keep it up, man :]

Re: Pivot animations of the Caribbean!
Well,
On your first animation the spacing looked really off, the endurance was fine. But the flip looked to fast and sped up. Even though you didnt finish the landing it looked really bad. When somone does a frontflip they usually land on there feet leaning more forward. There was also little tiny mis-foot placments in the animation.
On your second animation, It lacks ease, It honestly looks like hes flaing his arm around. You should have ease the punch and the ending looked really heavy spaced. He was going fast, then just stopped instantly, not even a slide or lean.
Finally, The wallflip looked super unrealistic and you messed up on physic, usualy when doing a wallflip your only on the wall for a split second. In your animation he paused and then did a random flip out of nowhere. Plus the landing pose looked very awkward and weird.
You should work on easing and spacing a little more.
I rank you: Medium Beginner.

Somehow, I do move every joint but it's not very clear while seeing it. So yeah, it does look stiff sadly :/ But thanks for your opinion.
