Actually, you're almost intermediates. just a few problems with easing

Basic easing is something like this

/=frame -= pixel movement

/-/--/----/--------/----------/--------/----/--/-/

There are some stiff areas in your animation. Fix that and it should look awesome

I don't think that your animations meet the intermdiate requirments, so I'm assuming that the forum's raking's going easy on you. I think that you should get back to the Novice sction:
Your animations are smooth, but they lack easing and flow.
